Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
• The product must not be intentionally damaged or used extensively.

How to Request a Return

3. Our team will arrange for courier pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Processing

Upon receiving and verifying the returned parcel at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 48 hours via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or direct Bank Transfer.
