5. Can I open the parcel before paying for COD?

Courier company policies in Pakistan strictly require collection of COD payment before parcels are opened. However, you are 100% covered by our 7-Day Replacement & Return Guarantee. If anything is amiss, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
